"Showed up super fast"
It got here way quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Needed it for that thing I had coming up, so the fast delivery really helped.

"Decent food, but the fees add up"
I grabbed a meal from here the other day, the food was fine, nothing amazing, but definitely not bad either. The main thing that stood out to me was the extra fees. By the time everything was added up, it felt a little pricier than I expected. It’s okay value overall, but I do wish it was a bit cheaper.

The food itself is good, but I regret ordering through the app sometimes. It freezes or crashes right in the middle of placing an order, which gets really frustrating. I wish it was more reliable because the food is fine

"Packaging could’ve been better"
Food showed up on time, but the packaging wasn’t the best. One box was a little crushed and some sauce leaked in the bag. Food was still okay, just kind of messy.

"Handy for Late-Night Food Runs"
I’ve found Foodpanda useful in my area, especially when it’s late and I don’t feel like cooking. A good number of shops still show up at night, which makes it feel reliable for everyday food cravings. For me, it’s one of those apps that’s just convenient to have around.

"Support helped, but kinda slow"
Foodpanda support did get back to me and fixed my issue in the end, so I cant really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and the waiting part was annoying tbh.

There aren’t a ton of options to choose from, so it can feel a little hit or miss depending on what you need. That said, it does work okay overall, so I can’t really complain too much.

I’ve been really happy with how easy this is to use. Everything feels straightforward, which I appreciate. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some pages can load a bit slowly at times, but overall it’s been a great experience!

"Food arrived hot and on time"
Ordered dinner from foodpanda.com.bd last night i was happy with it. The rider showed up on time and the biryani was still properly hot, not that lukewarm kind you sometimes get. Even the fries were decent, which is kind of surprising because fries usually get soggy so fast, right? I know it sounds like a small thing, but not having to reheat the food really makes the meal feel better. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars.

Well... I mostly use foodpanda.com.bd because the restaurant options around me are decent. Whether I’m craving biryani, a burger, or something from a small local place, I can usually find something without spending ages searching. Some restaurants disappear and new ones show up, but overall the choices are still better than other apps I’ve tried. It really helps on days when I’m too tired to cook and just want dinner sorted.

I used this recently when my online payment wasn’t going through, i was glad cash on delivery was still an option. It made the whole ordering process much less stressful. The delivery has been a little late a couple of times, especially during busy days, but overall my experience has been good.

"Pretty reliable during the dinner rush"
I’ve ordered a few times around 8pm, which is usually when everyone and their aunt is trying to get food delivered, and it still showed up on time. The tracking was decent, and the rider called before arriving, which I appreciated. I don’t really buy into all the polished “fast and seamless delivery” type wording companies use, but in this case it’s been reliable for peak hours. Not perfect every single time, but good enough that I’d use it again.

Used foodpanda.com today while I was pretty much trapped at home waiting on food, and the delivery tracking was really accurate. The rider’s location kept updating properly, and the food showed up almost exactly when the app said it would. I didn’t have to guess or keep calling anyone, which made it a much less stressful experience.

Giving 5 stars mostly because of the rider, honestly. He called before arriving, was really polite, and found my address without any hassle. The food was handled well too, no spills or mess. I order from foodpanda.com.bd sometimes and the riders are usually fine, but this one felt extra professional. Simple, smooth service, on time and respectful. Really liked it
